KUDOS FOR THE DIGEST VERSION

I just received my copy of FMAM -- WOW! I subscribed to the magazine when Babs was at the helm and thoroughly enjoyed each issue. But, I have to say, the slick digest format is superb and even more welcome in my home library. And the stories and reviews are wonderful. Excellent! Keep up
the good work!

If I were you, I'd avoid traditional (and usually unprofitable) distribution and push your online options. There are many venues online for FMAM, I think. Someone mentioned Project Pulp, and I know one of the horror magazines I've written for has found success there. How about Amazon or other online bookstores? Surely there are ways to enhance online "word of mouth."

Anyway, I was pleased with the new look for FMAM and look forward to purchasing future issues. Thank you for keeping FMAM alive!

I received my author copies and was blown away by the beautiful glossy cover and nice quality of the mag. Your art director must be distracting to have around ;-) I was very pleased by the treatment you gave my story. I wanted to ask if FMAM is going to continue as a glossy mag and what your plans for a payment rate are.

Love the art work!

Hope you stick around for another eight years.

Best,

Jeff Perren
